30 Jun: Embedded Resilience Properties Identified in Quality Assurance and Corporate Governance in the South African Aviation Industry

Our remarkable Doctorate student, Estie Serfontein wrote an academic paper, titled “Embedded Resilience Properties Identified in Quality Assurance and Corporate Governance in the South African Aviation Industry.” Published in the African Journal of Hospitality, Tourism and Leisure, the paper is co-written with Da Vinci Research Associate Prof Krishna Govender. The study itself provides a framework that promotes organisational resilience derived from participants’ perceptions on quality assurance and corporate governance principles in the South African aviation industry. 28 Feb: Da Vinci team at 2020 Council on Higher Education Quality Promotion Conference

A critical part of an academic institution is ensuring that our academics remain engaged in academic discourse – part of that is through the dissemination of thoughts and ideas. We are extremely proud of Dr Mario Landman, Dean: Design, Professor Paul Singh, Research Supervisor and Mark Fuller, Lecturer who represented Da Vinci at the 2020 Council on Higher Education Quality Promotion Conference held at the CSIR International Convention Centre this week.
