Student Hero is South Africa’s largest student finance facilitation service, an initiative aimed at helping students be their future selves sooner.

Gauteng City Region Academy (GCRA)
2024 Bursary

Closing Date: 29 February 2024

Undergraduate & Postgraduate

Pyrotec Bursary

Closing Date: 8 December 2023

The bursary covers tuition, accommodation, and transport allowance.

Mercedes Benz Pretoria Bursary Programme 2024

Closing Date: 26 January 2024

The bursary covers tuition, accommodation/transport expenses, stipends, textbooks, and digital allowances. Work at Mercedes-Benz, Pretoria (Menlyn Maine) during school vacations and join the MBSA Graduate Development programme after studying.

Selection criteria: Grade 12 with at least 65% average for your final results OR 65% average at tertiary level for the most recent semester results.

Coca Cola Beverages (CCBSA) Bursary

Closing Date: 31 January 2024

The bursary covers tuition, accommodation, meal allowances, and textbooks.

Selection criteria:  Only applicable to students who are first-year in 2024. Preference will be given to students residing in communities in which CCBSA has operations (however, students from other areas may also apply): Mdantsane; Motherwell; Phoenix; Inanda; Ntuzuma; KwaMashu; Greater Eldorado Park Community Forum (including Freedom Park and Motsoaledi); Tembisa; Greater Nigel; PTA West Ward 55; Westenburg to Seshego; Alabama and Mangaung..
