In the spirit of sharing and showcasing the research outputs of The Da Vinci Institute and to co-create business solutions, The Institute intends to host a biennial conference in keeping with its core concepts of managerial leadership and the management of technology, innovation, people and systems.
The title of the conference is:
THE TIPS GENERATION: CO-CREATING BUSINESS SOLUTIONS

THE INAUGURAL CONFERENCE
THEMES: Four themes, derived from the interplay of technology, innovation, people and systems, backed up by managerial leadership, will be interrogated at the conference:
The overarching theme is MANAGERIAL LEADERSHIP as the key driver of the effective management of technology, innovation, people and systems (TIPS). In keeping with MANAGERIAL LEADERSHIP, the first sub-theme will address AGILITY, representing the interrelatedness of TECHNOLOGY, INNOVATION and SYSTEMS; the second sub-theme is ENGAGEMENT, reflecting the interdependence of INNOVATION, PEOPLE and SYSTEMS; and the third encompasses ALIGNMENT, indicating the relationship between PEOPLE, TECHNOLOGY and SYSTEMS.
